About us · years on Indian jobs

Twelve-plus years in the work.
Now we complete the Circle.

Nirman is the building. Circle is the people around it. We are professionals who have already spent more than a decade on Indian sites, studios, and project offices — and we came together because the ring was never closed.

NirmanCircle is a venture of Shilakunj Ventures Private Limited, a company registered in Bengaluru (CIN U55101KA2026PTC215915). Registered office: No. 818, 2nd Main, 10th Cross, RBI Layout, J.P. Nagar 7th Phase, Bengaluru 560078.

UsWe check

For twelve-plus years we have lived the same split: the architect on one chat, the contractor on another, the supplier on a third, the owner waiting for a photo that does not match the bill. Each of us was good at our seat. None of us could see the whole job as one set of numbers.

That is why we came together. Not to add another task app. To sit in the middle as a project office built to precision — drawings, quantities, materials, defects, pay — so design, site, and supply share one building. Check is how a line becomes true. The office is how the job is run.

What “complete the Circle” means

The seats were always there. The middle was empty.

People around one table. The middle used to be empty.

We have been on site

Paper measurement books, last month’s drawing on the shuttering, labour waiting while the bill sits in Excel. We know why cash gets stuck.

We have been in the studio

Rev 3 emailed, Rev 2 printed. A clash found in concrete. Questions buried in chat. The design dies when the register is not one.

We have been the owner’s desk

A story instead of proof. Extra cost at the end. Defects on handover day. Trust asked for, not earned by a checked line.

We chose the middle

A project office built to precision: stamp, sizes, trucks, defects, last account. That is how the ring closes.

India

Built for how this country already works.

Phones are on site. Digital pay is normal. What did not exist is a shared dataset of the job — with a human office that will not mark a wall “done” until the quantity is true, and will not pretend a truck arrived until it is ticked.

We did not wait twelve years to invent a new industry. We waited until we could put a system built to precision where the fights are: quantity, stamp, received tick, certified bill.

Check on the job — not another chat group.
