Cookies and similar storage

What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a site asks your browser to store. Similar tools include local storage and the ordinary cache of files (fonts, pages) so the next visit is faster.
What we set today
These public pages are static HTML. We do not set an analytics, advertising, or login cookie from our own code. The mobile menu uses a checkbox in the page. It is not stored after you leave.
What your browser and the host may still do
- Cache: the browser may keep CSS, the mark, and pages so they load again without a full download.
- Fonts: the typeface is requested from Google Fonts. That request is between your browser and Google’s servers; see their own notices.
- Host logs: once the site is on a server, that company may log visits to operate the machine. That is not a cookie we plant. See Privacy.
Forms
Walk a job and Talk to us post the note from the browser to our mail. That is not a cookie.
If we add cookies later
If we add a cookie that is not strictly needed to show the page (for example a measure of which pages are read), we will name it here, say why, how long it lives, and — where the law requires — ask before it is set. Strictly necessary cookies for security or load-balancing, if a host adds them, will be described when we know they exist.
Your controls
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking all cookies can break other sites; this public site should still read. Do not rely on this page for a logged-in product; that product will have its own cookie list.
