Who we are

The data fiduciary for this website is Shilakunj Ventures Private Limited (CIN U55101KA2026PTC215915), registered with the Registrar of Companies, Bengaluru. NirmanCircle is the name of this venture. Registered office (as recorded on the company master): No. 818, 2nd Main, 10th Cross, RBI Layout, J.P. Nagar 7th Phase, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560078, India.

What this page covers

It covers people who browse nirmancircle.in (and any host that serves these same pages) and people who send Walk a job or Talk to us. It does not cover a logged-in product account. That will have its own notice when you have one.

What we collect

• You type it: name, email, phone, city, company, seat, job notes — only if you submit a form. The page emails that note to hello@nirmancircle.in. We keep it to reply.
• The host may log: time, page path, approximate technical address, browser type — ordinary web logs to keep the site up and to debug faults.
• We do not ask for passwords, OTPs, card numbers, Aadhaar, or a copy of your PAN on these public forms. Do not send them.

Why we use it

To reply to your note, to understand whether a walk makes sense, and to protect the site (security, abuse, legal duty). We do not sell your note. We do not use a public-site message to put you on a paid listing.

Lawful use

We rely on your request (you asked us to answer), on steps needed before a contract, and on legitimate interest in running a public company website. Where Indian law on personal data requires consent for a new purpose, we will ask before we use it that way.

Who else sees it

Mail and hosting vendors who process messages or files for us. They should only use the data to provide that service. We may share if a court or regulator lawfully requires it, or if we must protect a person or the company from serious harm.

How long we keep it

Email threads: as long as the conversation is live, then a reasonable archive for complaints and accounts (typically up to a few years, shorter if you ask us to delete and we have no legal need to keep it). Host logs: whatever the host’s ordinary rotation is, usually weeks to months.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold about you from this site, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a thread. Write to hello@nirmancircle.in with enough detail to find the mail. We may need to verify it is you. See also Grievance.

Children

This site is for people who commission or run buildings. It is not aimed at children. If a child has sent us a note, write and we will delete it.

Security

Email is not a locked vault. Do not put secrets in the form. We restrict who in the company reads inbound mail.

Changes

If this notice changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top. Keep reading it if you send us new notes.
